Good Sources of Information on the 2010 Tax Credits
For general info on the tax credits, we would recommend beginning with an outstanding web site put together by the National Association of Home Builders. This site has good outlines on key features of each program, great Q&As, and even videos:

The National Association for Realtors (NAR) also has a nice summary on the tax credit on their site for consumers.
The IRS has lots of good information for consumers on this. Among the more concise are the instructions for Tax Form 5405, the form you use to claim the credit.
